What is your return or exchange policy?
We want you to love your Mai Nami experience. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you’re not fully satisfied, contact us at info@mainami.co.uk within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

· For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless there is an issue with quality.
